Refund Policy
Merit Ontario will provide a full refund for all registrations purchased up until 14 days before the event. Refund requests within 14 days of the event are subject to a $50 administration fee. All refunds will be made utilizing the initial method of payment (ie. If you paid by VISA you will receive a VISA refund). To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] and include the reason why you are requesting it. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
